Abstract

Education has a very important role in improving Human Resources (HR). Since the Covid-19 outbreak hit the world, especially Indonesia, online learning has been carried out as a way to minimize the spread of the corona virus. However, with these new situations and conditions, there are still many teachers who have not mastered the use of existing technology. This study aims 1) to examine the relationship of organizational climate with teacher performance, 2) to examine organizational commitment to teacher performance, 3) to examine organizational climate and organizational commitment to teacher performance, 4) to determine the effective contribution, and 5) to determine the categorization of each variable. The population in this study were teachers at SD Negeri Sidokare IV and SD Negeri Lemah Putro 1. This research is a population study research. Data collection tools used are organizational climate scale with α = 0.988, organizational commitment scale with α = 0.659, and teacher performance scale with α = 0.915. The data analysis that will be used in this study is Multiple Regression. The results of data analysis on the major hypothesis of this study showed F 15.312 and sig. 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a very significant relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment with teacher performance. Minor hypothesis for the correlation value between organizational climate and teacher performance (r) = 0.619 and sig. 0.000 <0.05 which indicates that there is a very significant positive relationship between organizational climate and teacher performance, then for the correlation value between organizational commitment and teacher performance (r) = 0.336 and sig. 0.009 <0.05 which indicates that there is a very significant positive relationship between organizational commitment and teacher performance. This shows that the major and minor hypotheses proposed by the researcher are accepted. Keyword: organizational climate, organizational commitment, teacher performance
