Abstract

The aim to be achieved by conducting this research is to analyze the influence of work environment, work discipline and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Pusat Surakarta. The results of this study are expected to be a guide for leaders in determining factors that can improve employee performance. This type of research is survey research with a quantitative research approach and uses primary data. The population in this study were 163 employees. The sample used was 80 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: 1) The work environment has no significant effect on employee performance. 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Teamwork does not have a significant effect on employee performance
