Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Foreign Investment Using the Taylor Rule Approach 1997-2020". This research is motivated by conditions that are still low in the contribution of foreign investment (PMA) to the level of economic growth in Indonesia. With the Taylor Rule approach. Where the variables used are foreign investment as the dependent variable and inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates as independent variables. The data analysis method used in this research is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Based on the results of data processing, it is found that inflation has no significant effect while interest rates and exchange rates have a significant effect.
