Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, compensation and work discipline on employee performance. The population used in this study are employees at the PDAM Giri Tirta Sari Wonogiri office who are still actively working. Sampling using saturated sampling technique in which the population unit is sampled entirely. The type of data used is primary data. Primary data obtained from direct questionnaires and carried out on 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used the help of SPSS version 20, by testing the data used in this study including validity and reliability tests with alpha cronbach. Classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the feasibility test of the model indicate that there is a significant influence between the variables of motivation, compensation and work discipline on employee performance. With the determination coefficient test (Rsquare) which shows a contribution or contribution that is quite large. Meanwhile, partial testing shows that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and 2 significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The variable that has a dominant influence is the variable of work discipline supported by the largest partial coefficient of determination compared to the variables of motivation and compensation.
