Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and workload on the work productivity of teachers and employees of SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta. The population and sample in this study were teachers and employees of SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta with a total of 134 respondents as the sample in this study. The data source used in this study is primary data. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis used the SPSS 23 method. The results of the analysis in this study showed that work stress had a significant effect on work productivity and workload had an effect on work productivity.
