Abstract

In today's world of higher education, competition is so fast. Both public and private universities. The government also implements standard facilities to improve higher education competence. Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta is one of the private universities in Solo that has improved facilities to increase student satisfaction. Because student satisfaction will have an impact on student achievement as well as bringing the good name of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The study, entitled Analysis of the Completeness of Facilities on Student Satisfaction at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta, aims to determine the completeness of facilities on student satisfaction. The population in this study were students who were currently studying at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection method used a uestionnaire. The data analysis techniques in this study were validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, model accuracy test (F test), hypothesis test (t test), and determination test (R2). The results showed that the completeness of academic and non-academic facilities had a significant effect on student satisfaction.
