Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in bank financial performance before and after the acquisition at PT BRI Agroniaga Tbk. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT BRI Agroniaga Tbk before and after the acquisition. The data in this study were obtained from the official website of the Financial Services Authority and the official website of PT BRI Agroniaga Tbk. The analysis of this study used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality and the paired sample t test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the variables of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) at PT BRI Agroniaga Tbk before and after the acquisition. While the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), There is no difference between Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) between PT BRI Agroniaga Tbk before and after the acquisition.
