Abstract

PT. Pertamina Persero Refinery Unit VI Balongan is a company engaged in the processing of petroleum whose results can be in the form of Fuel Oil (BBM), Special Fuel (BBK), residues, petrochemicals, and non-fuel. The main process in PT. Pertamina RU VI Balongan is one of them is supply chain. Supply chain is the activity of distributing products from raw materials and processed into finished goods through the networks of companies that have cooperated. Supply chain process at PT. Pertamina in the form of processing raw materials, namely Duri, Minas, and Naphta. Furthermore, the distillation process is carried out to turn into a ready-made product that is channeled in the market operation section. Hamper all products at PT. Pertamina has the same hamper process, one of which is Premium. Premium is one of the fuels used by the people of Indonesia. Routine evaluation of the supply chain process of this product is carried out by PT. Pertamina RU VI Balongan to reduce the impact of risks arising. House of Risk (HOR) is one of the methods used to mitigate risks by identifying risk events, risk agents, and strategies that can be done by companies. Through the House of Risk approach in identifying events and risk agents supply chain Premium, obtained as many as 15 events and risk agents. Risk agents chosen as priority are changes in demand in peak season, bad weather, requests that are not on schedule, the needs of the community that suddenly change due to conditions, unfit tanker conditions, and inaccuracies in production planning. After that given the proposed priority action as many as 13 actions that can be done by the company
