Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service performance, risk, convenience, satisfaction and security of payments on the interest in transactions using the e-commerce system. This research method uses quantitative survey methods. The population of this study was 1,053 people and 135 samples of this study were obtained using the Slovin formula and the data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, T test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the analysis show that service performance, risk, convenience and satisfaction have an effect on interest in e-commerce transactions. Meanwhile, the payment system security variable has no effect on the interest in e-commerce transactions.
