Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance (WCTA, TAT, and NPM) on profit growt in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2017-2019. The sample in this study were 34 companies which were taken through purposive sampling method. The analytical tools used in this research include multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and by using the Eviews program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) WCTA has no significant effect on profit growth; 2) TAT has a significant effect on profit growth; 3) NPM affects profit growth. This means that not all variabels in financial performance will have a significant effect on profit growth in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period.
