Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Growth, Realization of Regional Expenditures and Total Poor Population and Regional Minimum Wages on the Human Development Index in West Kalimantan Province. The data used is secondary data with panel data analysis. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative method with data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews 8 software. The results of this study indicate that economic growth variables and regional minimum wages have a positive and significant effect on the human development index variable. Whereas the variable of regional expenditure realization and the number of poor people has a positive but not significant effect.
