Abstract

The implementation of the Work Contract between the Public Accounting Firm and the Partner discusses the existence of a legal relationship, namely the rights and obligations that must be carried out by both parties during the Covid-19 pandemic and the resolution if there is a problem or problem between the two parties. The method used by the author is empirical juridical, namely by conducting studies and processing of research data on legal relations and the implementation of work contracts between Public Accounting Firms and Partners during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results that can be concluded from this study are that the legal relationship between the two parties is in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1313, 1320, 1338, and 1601 of the Civil Code which gives rise to rights and obligations that must be carried out by both parties. In implementing the agreement between WARTONO & REKAN Accounting Firm and PT. Mega Kharisma Packindo, the default has been resolved by consensus meeting.
