Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine: (1) Effect of Liquidity on Profitability, (2) Effect of Capital Structure on Profitability, (3) Effect of Asset Structure on Profitability. The population used in this study is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019 .. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, and companies that meet the sampling criteria are 56 companies. Secondary data using documentation data collection method. The analytical methods used for this research are: multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, goodness of fit test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a significant positive effect on profitability, capital structure has a negative and significant effect on profitability, and asset structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability.
