Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures managing village funds and identify the factors supporting and inhibiting the allocation of village funds in improving education in Ngombak Village. This research uses qualitative research with ethnographic research design. The informants in this study were village financial system staff, early childhood education teachers, kindergarten teachers, head of community groups and chairman of the village council body. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation, while to test the validity of the data using source triangulation and to analyze data, namely data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. With the results of the study: 1) In carrying out its duties the Ngombak Village government is in accordance with Regent Regulation Number 1 of 2021 concerning the management and use of village fund. 2) the obstacles experienced by the Ngombak Village government are the budget factor and the covid-19 pandemic while the supporting factors are government commitment, community participation, lack of character community egoism, as well as good communication between the village government and the community.
