Abstract

ER building, RSUD dr. Soeratno Gemolong is a new building built in 2020 in order to improve the quality and facilities at RSUD dr. Soeratno Gemolong, Sragen Regency, Central Java. The construction of the ER building of RSUD dr. Soeratno Gemolong includes an emergency department building on the 1st floor, a ponek and pharmacy on the 2nd floor, as well as the directors' office complete with a hall on the 3rd floor, with a total building area of 2580m2. The hospital is a health service building for the community, so in its construction it must be prepared carefully. This is because the quality and facilities of the building support the quality of hospital services. In achieving good quality, hospital buildings cannot be separated from the distribution installation system and the availability of electric power, air conditioning systems, distribution systems and the availability of clean water, to the determination of the medical gas facility system used. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a good electrical power distribution system plan so as to know the exact electrical power needs, determine the need for clean water, and also determine the distribution system for clean water and proper medical gas. In planning the determination of various facilities, there are supporting software including Microsoft Excel software to support data processing and AutoCAD software to support single line distribution design. Based on the results of this study, the total required power capacity is 241.55kVA with a total current requirement of 367.01A, in this building there are 5 SDP with current requirements, among others, SDP floor 1 77.65A, SDP floor 2 84.41A , 3rd floor SDP 67.79A, pump SDP 159.30A, and medical gas SDP 10.68A. For the air conditioning needs of this entire building, 800-330.52 BTU, for the total need for clean water 51.040 liters per day, and for medical gases used include Oxygen (O2), Nitrogen Oxide (N2O), Compressed Air (Air), Vacuum suction ( Vacs). For the required capacity of each 25 outlets, for O2 and NO2 gas it requires a minimum of 25 tubes each, for Air gas it requires a minimum of 4 oil-free compressors of 1.5 PK, and for Vac gas requires 2 vacuum suction of 0.5 PK.
