Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of investing in PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. This study uses fundamental analysis with the Discounted Cash Flow method, which is to calculate the fair value of shares. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research sample was obtained directly from the company's website via the website https://www.sritex.co.id/id/laporan-keuangan/. The results of this study indicate a stock fair price of Rp. 440.81 per share, while the market price for SRIL shares was at IDR 268 per share. So that this stock is in an undervalued condition, which means the stock is worth buying.
