Abstract
This study examines self-efficacy, work motivation, and communication on employee performance at Baki Health Center (Puskesmas Baki) in Sukoharjo Regency. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze a) the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance, b) the effect of work motivation on employee performance c) the effect of communication on employee performance. This research applies a quantitative type of research and uses a questionnaire as the data collecting technique. The sampling technique in this study uses the saturated sample method. The entire population of Baki Health Center employees, Sukoharjo Regency, which amounts to 91 employees, is used as the research sample. This study uses analytical techniques in instrument testing, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results in this study show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
