Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out how the business management system for the shirt confection in Tumbal Village, Comal District, Pemalang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is the owner of a shirt confection business and employees. The object or research location is in a confection in Tumbal Village, Comal District, Pemalang. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers used source triangulation to ensure the validity of the data. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study are 1. In the management of the shirt confection business, the first step is planning (planning) starting from the location and building, capital, tools and materials, then there is spending to get raw materials, the production mechanism for the shirt confection uses a conveyor belt (laponde band), Supervision and direction are always given to maintain the production mechanism, the average confection is able to produce as many as 250-300 dozen shirts in one week. To maintain the production target, each confection owner evaluates the performance of his employees, marketing is usually carried out one week, the development of shirt products by prioritizing contemporary models. 2. In the management of human resources, it is an open recruitment system which is distributed through online media Facebook or WhatsApp, job training is provided to increase knowledge and skills, the organization's efforts to maintain human resources are to provide compensation in the form of salaries and welfare to each employee. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct further research related to financial management.
