Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX is a company engaged in the plantation sector which manages an area of 38,890,80 ha consisting of 23 work units and 1 agro tourism business unit and 1 downstream product business unit and 6700 employees. PT Perkebunan Nusantara is a subsidiary of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). For 24 years PTPN IX has managed thousands of hectares of plantation land, of course, many efforts have been made to maintain the company and develop the company into a large and quality company. To maintain the company's performance so that it is always productive and running, PTPN 9 has a corporate culture called AKHLAK (Many, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative). AKHLAK are values that need to be applied as fundamentals in guarding the major changes that occur in PTPN IX, especially in carrying out the company's Vision and Mission. Reported from the site ptpnix.co.id Director of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX, Tio Handoko advised top management to be more detailed and continue to develop in asset management and information technology at PTPN IX, and not forget to provide employees to optimize self-development and competence.
