Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, and service quality on customer loyalty at Ella Skincare Gentan branch. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. By using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique used was non-random sampling. This technique uses the criteria chosen by the researcher in selecting samples. The criteria for respondents in this study were customers of Ella Skincare in Gentan branch who bought products or made transactions more than twice. The results of this study indicate that the Product Quality variable has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, accepted. Price perception variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty, accepted. Service quality variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty, accepted.
