Abstract

The definition of a bridge is a structure that is made to make it easier to cross obstacles such as rivers, ravines, railroads. Tanggulangin Bridge is the main bridge that connects the city of Kudus with Demak. The focus in this Final Project is planning a bridge structure with a length of 180 meters which is divided into 3 bridge sections, each section of the truss bridge has the same length of 60 meters per section. Reference in the design of bridge loading using SNI 1725:2016. Analysis of the calculation of the steel truss and wind ties of the bridge using the LRFD method based on SNI 03-1729-2002 Steel Structure Planning with the LRFD Method. Analysis of the bridge structure using "SAP 2000", modeling structural drawings using "Autocad 2007", and the media for mathematical structure calculations using "Microsoft Excel 2010". Quality specifications used in steel profile material fy = 250 Mpa; fu = 410 MPa. For reinforced concrete quality f'c = 30 MPa. The results obtained in planning the steel truss bridge in this final project are : 1) The thickness of the vehicle floor plate is 20 cm with the main reinforcement for D20-150 and reinforcement for D12-150. The thickness of the curb plate is 25 cm with the main reinforcement for D12-150 and the reinforcement for D16-200. 2) The main beam or transverse girder uses 900x450x16x38 mm IWF profile steel. Child beam or elongated girder using IWF profile 500x300x11x18 mm. 3) Using a stud type sliding connector with a diameter of 16 mm and a length of 125 mm. 4) The steel frame uses 4 variations in the thickness of the profile, the circumference of the outer frame uses WF 400x400x18x28 and WF 400x400x18x18 while the inner circumference uses a WF 400x400x30x50 and WF 400x400x20x35. 5) There are 2 pillars and 2 abutments in the form of reinforced concrete. 6) Foundation using piles
