Abstract
The Worker compliance is a problem in the high number of work accidents. The high number of accidents at work is caused by a lack of concern about occupational safety and health. This study aims to determine the relationship between the fulfillment of K3 obligations with workers' compliance in the Pasar Legi rehabilitation project. The research design used was approach cross sectional. The population in this study were 60 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 46 people. The results of the study with the Spearman Rank statistical test obtained that the value of r = 0.699 shows the strength of a strong relationship and a p-value of 0.000 <0.005. which means so that there is a relationship between the fulfillment of K3 obligations with the compliance of workers in the Pasar Legi rehabilitation project. Suggestions given to related contractors are to provide counseling or promote the importance of K3 to workers, so that workers are more obedient in using PPE and the formation of a culture of occupational safety and health.
