Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is an effort to protect workers and other people who enter the workplace in a healthy and safe condition. This literature review was carried out with the aim of reviewing articles related to factors related to Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM). The research was conducted using a literature review with data sources in the form of original articles published international and international journals through digital databases such as Google scholar and Science Direct. The results of this literature review include characteristic, individual, and work environment factors, namely education, knowledge, attitudes, discipline in using PPE, daily habits, work posture, noise, vibration, radiation, lack of lighting, heat stress, and materials. chemicals in the form of solids, smoke, vapors, and particles.
