Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of learning blog media on the material understanding of space and interaction between spaces at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The design used is the One-Group Pretest Posttest. The data collection techniques used were documentation, observation and tests. The prerequisite test for data analysis used the normality test. The data analysis test used the T test (T-Test) to answer the hypothesis. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta, totaling 65 students. Sampling using saturated sampling, that is, all members of the population become the research sample. The results of this study indicate that the research conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta shows the results of the pretest and posttest data hypothesis examiners in the analysis of the hypothesis. The T-test test shows a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the results of the data analysis of this study, it can be concluded that the learning blog media is effectively used in online learning on the meaning of space and interaction between spaces at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta.
