Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Impact of Online Training and Motivation on Employee Performance (Case Study of CV. Bina Insani Surakarta). This type of research is a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study is employees cv. Bina Insani Surakarta. The sample used in this study amounted to 50 respondents. Data is collected by a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant training on employee performance, as evidenced from the t value of 2.974 with a significance value of 0.005 (0.005 <0.05), there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance, evidenced by the t value 5,559 with a significance value of 0,000 (0,000 <0.05).
