Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the instructional video media on the material potential of Indonesian natural and maritime resources at SMP Negeri 1 Kedawung Sragen. This research is a quantitative research. The design used is the One-Group Pretest-Posttest. The data collection techniques used were documentation, observation and tests. The prerequisite test for data analysis used the normality test. The data analysis test used the T test (T-Test) to answer the hypothesis. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Kedawung Sragen, totaling 223 students. Sampling using saturated sampling, namely all members of the population become the research sample. The results showed that the research conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Kedawung Sragen showed the results of the pretest and posttest data hypothesis examiners in the T-test hypothesis analysis showed a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis was accepted. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can be concluded that the instructional video media is effectively used in online learning material on the potential of Indonesian natural and maritime resources at SMP Negeri 1 Kedawung Sragen. The results of learning using instructional video media have increased, namely the results of the study show the average value of the pretets is 59.06, while the average value of the posttest is 79.69, resulting in an increase in the average pretets and posttest. The percentage of learning outcomes is 25.21%.
