Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of BI Rate, inflation, exchange rate, and GDP (Gross Domestic Product) on the Profitability of Islamic Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) in Indonesia in 2016-2020. The data used are secondary data obtained from the official website publications of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Indonesia (BI), and Central Statistics Regency (BPS). The analytical tool used in this study is Multiple Linier Regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The result of this study indicate that BI Rate, exchange rate, and GDP (Gross Domestic Product) variables have a significant effect on the Profitability of Islamic Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), while the inflation variable does not have significant effect on the Profitability of Islamic Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI).
