Abstract

Supervision in consumer protection is one form of effort made to provide comfort and safety for consumers. Supervision of circulated goods itself has several criteria, one of which is the existence of aspects of safety, security, consumer health, and the environment. This criterion is very important for consumers, it can be seen that with this supervision, consumers do not need to feel worried when using goods obtained through business actors. As the final party in the economic chain, consumers must obtain legal protection for their rights based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 20 of 2009 concerning Provisions and Procedures for Supervision of Goods and / or Services.
