Abstract

Rice distribution in Delanggu Subdistrict is a place for distributing rice to areas through trade networks. The distribution of the merchant network, namely from farmers and from collector traders, then the collectors give rice to rice mills or to the next in Delanggu so that it is processed into rice and then deposited to retail traders in markets or rice traders in shops prior to consumers. Meanwhile, rice marketing in Delanggu District is sent to various regions, such as Semarang, 2 Jogja, Klaten, Jakarta and Depok. Circulation occurs which will form a distribution of rice which later will describe the buying and selling activities both from farmers to the next and from traders to other traders. Before it is in the hands of consumers, farmers usually deposit the rice to selepan - selepan, so that it is processed or milled into rice. Thus, the next party sells it to rice shops or markets. The Delanggu Market rice traders prefer to bring in rice from within the subdistrict and outside the province because these traders in their business have a large business scale, so in their business they require a large enough supply, so if relying solely on rice supplies from outside the region is not sufficient. In addition, the quality and price of rice, which is cheaper than outside the Delanggu District, is the reason traders prefer to take rice from their own regions. The rice trading network is a pattern that describes the activity of selling crops by farmers to bulog, pengijon (penebas), collectors, rice mills, retail rice traders in markets, and rice traders in shops. Which will later be reprocessed into rice and will be resold to small traders and consumers, both household consumers and consumers of restaurants or restaurants. The rice that is already in front or a tool called RMU (rise milling unit) will be processed into rice through a milling process. After rice becomes rice, this rice will be exported to various regions, some inside the provinces and outside the provinces such as Jakarta and Depok.
