Abstract

This study aims to determine what the dominant 5S Kaizen factors influence employee performance. This research is expected to provide benefits for employee performance to improve employee performance. This research was conducted in Carfix Bantul with a population of 30 people and a sample of 30 people. Methods of data processing using IBM Statistic SPSS 23 using 20 variables which were tested by validity test, reliability test, and factor analysis test. The results showed that there are 4 factors that affect employee performance. Factor 1 which consists of storing, archiving, storing goods, how to store goods, marking and warning. Factor 2 obeying rules, checking machines, and schedules. Factor 3 is separating and arranging goods. Factor 4 is inspection and demonstration. The dominant 5S Kaizen factor influencing employee performance is seiketsu
