Abstract

Ayu Istiqomah. NIM C100170208. Law Study Program. Faculty of Law, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. 2021. The purpose of this research is to find out: the causative factors of incest in Pantirejo, Sukodono, Sragen and the result of marriage reform to the status of children and their inheritance. This research includes descriptive research with empirical approach. The authors obtained primary data directly through interviews as well as secondary data from literature studies. The method of analysis carried out by the author is a qualitative analysis method. The results of the analysis showed that: (1) The cause of incest in Pantirejo, Sukodono, Sragen based on the decision of Sragen Religious Court Number: 1236/Pdt.G/2017/PA. Sr is the existence of elements of coercion, economic factors, ignorance about the prohibition of marriage and lack of prudence on the part of the village government and Office of Religious Affairs; (2) A child born from fasakh marriage is still considered valid and has a close relationship with his father, so that the child is still entitled to inherit his father's inheritance.
