Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, work ability, and work motivation on the performance of study employees of administrative staff at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts, Surakarta. This research is a quantitative type with a sample of 91 respondents to administrative staff of the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Surakarta by using a questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, work ability has a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance.
