Abstract

The need for housing for people in Surakarta is increasing and land is increasingly limited. Apartments are an option to meet community needs. To fulfill this, it is necessary to plan apartment structures in Surakarta which refers to SNI-1726-2012 (Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Gedung dan Non Gedung) and SNI-2847-2013 (Persyaratan Beton Struktural Untuk Bangunan Gedung). The location of the building plan is near Sriwedari Park with a value of Ss = 0,754 and a value of S1 = 0,361. Planning using the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS). Analysis of structural mechanics using the software "SAP2000" and for depiction using the software "Autocad". Material planning for concrete structures f'c = 28 MPa, longitudinal steel reinforcement fy = 350 MPa, and shear steel reinforcement fyt = 300 MPa. The roof structure uses reinforced concrete plates with a thickness of 120 mm D10 and D8 reinforcing steel. Floor plate structure with 120 mm thick D10 and D8 reinforcing steel, basement floor plate with 200 mm thickness D10 and D10 reinforcing steel, and stair plate with 120 mm thickness D10 and D8 reinforcing steel. The building portal structure is planned in the form of main beam 300/500 mm with longitudinal steel reinforcement D19 and shear steel reinforcement Ø10, joist 250/400 mm with longitudinal steel reinforcement D19 and shear steel reinforcement Ø10, tie beam 300/500 mm with longitudinal steel reinforcement D19 and Ø10 shear steel reinforcement, as well as 650/650 mm columns with D22 longitudinal steel reinforcement and Ø12 shear steel reinforcement. The lower structure (foundation) is planned in the form of a pole measuring 4000x4000x1200 mm with longitudinal steel reinforcement D25 and D19, and piles measuring 400x400 mm with a depth of 8 m.
