Abstract

The last criminal law enforcement process is the implementation of prison sentences in the State Penitentiary. Prisoners who are residents in Prison are criminals who serve their sentences, but in Prison to be comfortable, safe and conducive to the creation of rules and regulations for inmates. In Law No. 12 of 1995 states that the correctional system is carried out based on the principle of service, equality of treatment and service of education, respect for dignity and human dignity, loss of liberty is the only suffering, as well as the guaranteed right to connect with certain families and people. Law enforcement is indispensable in handling violations of the discipline rules of the Community Correctional Facility. The purpose of disciplinary punishment as a form of administrative sanction is to improve and educate the Community Development Community who commit disciplinary violations. The provision of disciplinary punishment to inmates solely in order to give a sense of deterrence and regulate the residents of rutan and prison so that later when out of Rutan and prison is ready to live an orderly and law-abiding community life.
