Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of apparatus competence, organizational commitment, and adherence to laws and regulations on village financial management in Jumapolo District, Karanganyar Regency. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample of this research was 48 village officials in Jumapolo District, Karanganyar Regency. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used the validity and reliability instrument test, classical assumption tests are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test includes the coefficient of determination test, model accuracy test (F test), t test, and multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the competence of the apparatus has an effect on village financial management in the village government in Jumapolo District, Organizational commitment has an effect on village financial management in village government in Jumapolo District, and Adherence to laws and regulations affects the village financial management in village government in Jumapolo District.
