Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at PT. rosalia. The sample in this study was the transportation consumer of PT Rosalia, amounting to 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is non probability sampling, assuming convenience sampling. The data analysis method was multiple linear regression analysis using the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). In this study the data fulfilled for a normal distribution. The results show that there is an influence between job stress on employee performance and there is an influence between work motivation on employee performance
