Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge on employee, ability, and work experience on employee performance. The population in this study were Indonesia Miki Indistries employees, While the sample studied was 120 respondents. Basen on the research results prove that there is an influence between knowledge, ability on performance, and experience on performance. While the results of the F test analysis show that knowledge, abilities and work experience simultaneously influence employee performance. Keyword : knowledge, ability and experience and performance.
