Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) on Company Value in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX) for the period 2017-2019. The sample used in this study were eight pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2019 period. The technique of determining the sample is purposive sampling, so there are certain considerations for obtaining research samples. The data collection method in this research is the documentation method. The source of data in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which can be accessed through https://idx.co.id/ and IDN Financial which can be accessed through https://www.idnfinancials.com/. The data analysis methods used in this research are: classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test using the SPSS version 20 application. The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a significant effect on Firm Value, while Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) has no significant effect on Firm Value.
