Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Levrage (DER), Liquidity (CR), Profitability (ROE), and Company Size (SIZE) on dividend policy (DPR) in property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015- 2018. The period used in this research is 4 years, starting from 2015-2018. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that (1) Leverage has no effect on dividend policy, (2) Liquidity affects dividend policy, (3) Profitability affects dividend policy, and (4) Company size does not affect dividend policy. Leverage, Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size collectively on the dividend policy which is stated by the calculated F value is greater than F table = 12,370> 2,589 and the significance value is less than 0.05, namely 0,000.
