Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Size on the liquidity of conventional banks for the period 2013-2019. The population used in this research is conventional banks which are listed on the IDX for the period 2013- 2019. The sample used was 20 banks using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used panel data regression with the Fixed Effect method. The results of this study indicate that CAR has a negative and significant effect on LDR. Meanwhile, ROA, NPL, and Size have positive and significant results on the LDR of Conventional Banks.
