Abstract

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is a principle of corporation management. The implementation of the GCG principles are required in order that corporation survives and powerful in facing tight competition, and to be able to apply business ethics consistently to realize healthy, efficient and transparent business climate. Corporate Govenance is problem stated simultaneously with the fraud and defficiency of business performed by managerial executives. The study aimed at revealing the influence of commissionair board, independent commissionair, and managerial ownership on financial performance of banking corporation listed in ISM from 2016 to 2019. The study was a quantitative using panel data by mixing cross section and time series data. The secondary data were collected from publication of banking statistic listed in ISM with 25 banking corporations as sample from 2016 to 2019. Based on the analysis result, Good Corporate Governance consisting of commissionair board, independent commissionair, and managerial ownership has influenced significantly on financial performance of banking corporation listed in ISM from 2016 to 2019.
