Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of powerpoint with daring learning narrative on climate material at SMP Prawira Marta Kartasura, Sukoharjo Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The design used is the One-Group Pretest-Postest. The data collection techniques used were documentation, observation and tests. The prerequisite test for data analysis used the normality test. Test data analysis using the T test (T-Test) to answer the hypothesis. The population in this study were all students of class VIII and IX SMP Prawira Marta, totaling 31 students. Sampling using saturated sampling, namely all members of the population become the research sample. The results showed that the research conducted at SMP Prawira Marta showed the results of the pretest and posttest data hypothesis testing in the analysis of the t-test hypothesis which showed the value of 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis was accepted. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can be concluded that the powerpoint narrative media is Effective in using climate material daring learning at SMP Prawira Marta. The results of learning using narrative powerpoint learning media have increased, namely the results of the study show the average pretest value of 54.8 while the average posttest score is 76.45. So that there is an increase in the average pretest and posttest. In the percentage, the increase in learning outcomes is 39.50%.
