Abstract

This study was conducted to examine and analyze the influence of Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Return On Asset (ROA) to the Allocation MSME Financing to islamic commercial banks in the period 2015-2020. The data used in this research was secondary data from January 2015 to July 2020. The sampling technique using saturated sampling method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. For the dependent variable (Y) from this study is the allocation UMKM financing. For the independent variable (X) include: third party funds (DPK) (X1), capital adequacy ratio (CAR) (X2), non performing financing (NPF) (X3), and Return On Asset (ROA) (X4). The method used is quantitative research method. For the data processing using SPSS for Windows Release 20 and Microsoft Excel 2016. Based on the research results, there is a positive and significant influence Third Party Funds (DPK) to the Allocation MSME Financing, CAR has a significant negative effect on allocation of MSME financing,NPF has a significant negative effect on allocation of MSME financing, and there is a no effect Return On Assets (ROA) to the Allocation MSME Financing. DPK, CAR, NPF, and ROA for MSME Financing Allocation in Sharia Commercial Banks is 82,3%, and the remaining 17,7% depends on other factors outside this study.
