Abstract

Everyone has human rights, one of which is legal protection. Legal protection is all efforts to fulfill rights and provide assistance to provide a sense of security to witnesses and / or victims of crime as part of community protection. The rise of sexual violence against women has resulted in many victims resulting in physical, sexual or psychological suffering. The legal arrangements for criminal acts of sexual violence in Indonesia are regulated in articles 285 & 286 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) and RUU Elimination of Sexual Violence. Sexual violence is behavior that is carried out by a person by forcing and hurting the victim without the victim's penalty.
