Abstract

Boyolali Regency is one of the districts in Central Java Province. Consisting of 19 districts and 267 villages / kelurahan and located between 2 mountains, Boyolali's land is fertile. This makes the economic sector from agricultural and livestock products a mainstay of regional economic income in Boyolali Regency. In addition, the industrial sector is also the economic potential of Boyolali Regency in increasing regional income. In realizing the vision and mission of Boyolali Regency "Pro Investing in Realizing Advanced and More Prosperous Boyolali", it is necessary to have Boyolali people's human capital in improving the quality of work and increasing the quality and quantity of UKM in competing. ccording to data from Boyolali Regency in 2020 figures, Boyolali's HR level is still low and the unemployment rate is still high. With these problems, the design of the Training Center and Coworking Space is expected to be a place for increasing human resources by means of vocational training and a place to pioneer innovative startups. This effort is also to align the vision and mission of Boyolali Regency in increasing regional income. The design of the training center and coworking space buildings uses a sustainable architectural approach so that apart from being an effort to improve the welfare of the community, this building is also expected to be an example of responsible environmental processing.
