Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of exports, imports, exchange rates and inflation on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves in the period 1994-2018. The sample in this study amounted to 25 data that will be used as research objects. The data used are foreign exchange reserves as dependent, exports, imports, exchange rates, and inflation as independent. The analytical method used is Partial Adjustment Model (PAM). Data obtained from the World Bank 2019. That exports have a positive and significant effect, imports have a positive effect on foreign exchange reserves, the exchange rate does not have a significant effect on foreign exchange reserves and inflation does not significantly influence foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia.
