Abstract

Abstract Health is something that people in Indonesia and the world need to pay attention to, because entering 2020 we are busy with the handling of the Covid -19 virus outbreak and various types of diseases that attack the body's immunity, so people are required to maintain health regularly by paying attention to diet, sleep, and of course sports. In the economic sector, it is equally great to have a bad impact due to this problem which causes people's income to decline. Static spikes are a solution to several problems, besides we can exercise we also adhere to health protocols by staying at home, coupling a static bicycle with a permanent magnet synchronous generator is a smart way that produces more power than an induction generator, this power can be stored in battery or accumulator that can be used for small-scale household electricity needs, thereby reducing PLN electricity consumption. The process of designing a static bicycle-driven power plant begins with preparing tools and materials, starting from a stationary bicycle as a driving force, a generator as a generator for AC electricity, a controller circuit consisting of a converter, watt meter, and SCC, which are then burdened with accumulators, LED lights, and a DC lamp. The output results from the modified phase AC1 generator, namely 193-236 Volt AC, indicates the effectiveness of neodymium magnets with a speed of 9.5-14.0 m / s and a wheel RPM of 183-258 rad / minute, these three things are running in harmony. In 35 minutes 525 calories burned in the body with a distance of 20.2 km. The process of filling the accumulator is running smoothly and the results of the generator comparison show a significant value.
