Abstract

ABSTRACT Memorize an Al-Qur'an is a very noble and praise worthy act. In memorizing Al-Qur'an, we need a special method to make it easier to memorize. Among these methods is Takrīr method. The Takrīr method is a method for repeating the memorization that has been deposited by the musrifah / tahfidz teacher because memorizing and maintaining rote memorization is a difficult activity and sometimes a sense arises that it is used to keep the memorization sticky in the mind. This research aims to describe the implementation of the Takrīr method in memorizing Al-Qur'an class XI students of the Tahfidz Program at MAN Sukoharjo. This research belongs to the type of field research and with a qualitative phenomological approach. The subjects of this research were the tahfidz teachers, mentors / musrifs. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative which aims to understand the events faced by the study subjects. The techniques uses to collect data are interviews, observation, documentation, data analysis by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing and data validity testing using triagulation. The outcome of this research indicate that there are six steps in the learning process of the Takrīr method in improving the ability to memorize the Qur'an. The use of the Takrīr method has been going well, it can be seen from the number of students who have reached the memorization target. They managed to memorize 3-4juz (juz 30, 29, 28,27).
