Abstract

This research aims to (1) explain the positive and significant influence of learning creativity on student learning outcomes, (2) explain the positive and significant influence of time management on student learning outcomes, (3) explain the positive and significant effects of learning creativity and time management on learning outcomes. students. This research includes quantitative research with ex- post facto research design. The population in this study were all class X accounting. A sample of 61 with simple random sampling technique. The data obtained from questionnaire and documentation. The previous questionnaire was tried out and tested for validity and tested for reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 68.426 + 0.249 X1 + 0.243 X2. The conclusions in this study are: 1) Creativity has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) it is known that 2.952 > 2.001 and a significant value < 0.05 namely 0.005. 2) Time management has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. This is based on multiple linear regression (t test) it is known that 2.319 > 2.001 and a significant value < 0.05 namely 0.024. 3) Creativity and time management have a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes. This is based on the simultaneous test (test F), it is known that 10.098 > 3.16 and significant value < 0.05, namely 0.000.
