Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test: (1) The Effect of Profitability on Firm Value, (2) The Effect of Leverage on Firm Value, (3) The Effect of Firm Size on Firm Value. This type of research is quantitative. The population used in this study are all Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019. Meanwhile, the sample to be tested is by the established research criteria and sample collection techniques are purposive sampling, and a total of 15 companies. Secondary data uses the method of data collection using documentation. The analytical methods used for this research are: Panel data regression test, cyclical assumption test, goodness of fit test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Profitability has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, Leverage has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, and Firm Size has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value.
